1 can organic white beans like cannelini, rinsed and drained (or garbanzo beans)

1 cup organic pumpkin puree

1/4 cup tahini

1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein Powder, Pure

2-3 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon cumin

1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

sprinkle of cayenne pepper

Olive oil, enough to reach desired consistency

Sea salt to taste

Blend all ingredients in high speed blender or food processor until very smooth.

Garnish with raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas), olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.

Serve with chips, pita bread, or my preference, fresh veggies![/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
