Bulletproof Coffee™ – Michelle Style

This is a great start to the day. You will not need to eat anything additional for breakfast.
Michelle’s Bulletproof Coffee recipe:
- 8-12 ounces of brewed hot coffee (preferably Bulletproof™ beans or organic beans)
- 1 tablespoon Brain Octane™ oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted grass-fed butter (try Kerrygold)
- 1 scoop of Collagen powder* or Bone Broth protein powder** (Optional, but it helps you to go a long time without feeling hungry. May need to do this for a few mornings for this effect to kick in.)
Blend in a small blender and enjoy!
*Bulletproof collagen powder or Dr. Axe collagen powder
**Ancient Nutrition brand Bone Broth Protein powder. Chocolate, Vanilla, or Pure work best.
