1 cup of filtered/purified water
2 stalks of celery, chop into large pieces
Juice of half a lime
½ of an apple, seeded and cut in wedges
Handful of spinach or kale (or “Super Greens” from Trader Joe’s)
Stevia to taste (for beginners)
Add ingredients to blender in the order listed. Blend until desired consistency. Enjoy!
Additional ingredients you could add to your green drink:
Cucumber, small Persian type cut into chunks
1 carrot
1/4 of a fennel bulb, ends trimmed
Frozen Pineapple, about 4 chunks (you will not need the stevia if you use pineapple)
1/4″ to 1/2” piece of fresh ginger, no need to peel it (can be strong so start with a little)
Turmeric (either powder or a small piece of the fresh root)
Parsley
Cilantro (great for detoxing heavy metals)
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Pear, instead of the apple
Use your imagination and create your own combo![/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
