Basic Berry Protein Smoothie

1 Serving
This smoothie will keep you going for a LONG time!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed or chia seeds
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, strawberries, or mixed berries
1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter
2 teaspoons maca powder (optional, but highly recommended)
Small handful of organic spinach
Add ingredients to blender in the order listed. Blend until desired consistency. Add more ‘milk’ or purified water if necessary. Enjoy!
