Almond Butter and Hemp Seed Energy Balls
Don’t like chocolate? Try these….
1 Cup Almond Butter
1 Cup Hemp Seed
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp maca powder, optional
2 tbsp. raw honey
Optional toppings: Unsweetened shredded coconut, chopped almonds, or toasted sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients together. Roll rounded teaspoon of mixture into balls. Roll in optional toppings if desired. Refrigerate.
Serving Size: Makes apprx. 38 balls, 3-4 balls per serving
